Okay, I know we’re a little overdue with last week’s activities but between Gavin being sick and me being tired from the pregnancy, it hasn’t been easy to find the time to blog. To be quite frank, my memory also seems to be slipping these days so and I struggle to remember what we did unless I took photos. So here’s what I do remember:
We went to The Gardens and Gavin played on the slide at Robinsons:
We went window shopping at The Curve and Gavin tried on a new hat:
And admired his reflection in the mirror:
Then insisted on making his usual pitstop at Metrojaya’s toy department where there is a Thomas and Friends wooden train table on display:
You would think he’d be bored of it after seeing it so many times already, but no. Every time we’re in the vicinity, he remembers and tells me he wants to go inside Metrojaya. Dang that sense of direction!
Gavin’s godfamily came over to visit and his godsister insisted on “teaching” him how to use the Wii remote to play Wii Sports.
“You have to put the band around your wrist.”
“Then we have to press this button.”
“Then you have to swing like this.”
He played blocks with Daddy:
They built a castle together:
Admiring their masterpiece:
What’s the week without a trip to Playland in Kizsports?
Yes, he insisted on the glasses – I had nothing to do with that.
This was the day he started to get crook – he was ready to leave on his own accord after half an hour of play and he even rejected lunch at his favourite restaurant!
Friday, my SIL arrived from Australia.
Sunday was Mother’s Day – not that we bothered to take any pictures. We spent the day shopping – maternity clothes for me and some Thomas and Friends outfits for Gavin from Brands Outlet in Ikano. Then my SIL made a lovely Mother’s Day dinner for my MIL and me.
